1. Refund Policy (The "API Guardrail")

Since every transformation incurs a non-refundable cost from our AI providers, we use a "Consumables-Based" refund model.

Eligibility:

Unused Credits: 100% refund available within 14 days of purchase if zero credits from that specific pack have been used.
Used Credits: No refunds are provided for credit packs or subscription months once a transformation has been successfully delivered to the user.

Subscription (Enterprise) Cancellation:

Users can cancel at any time via the billing dashboard.
Access to the "Studio Vault" and any remaining monthly credits will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

Technical Errors:

If an image fails to generate due to a system error, the credit must be automatically returned to the user’s balance (No refund needed, just a credit correction).

Note: AI can sometimes make mistakes. If an output isn't perfect, a retry is available or you can use the refine option to adjust the result.

2. Legal Disclaimers (Liability Protection)

Resellers face risks if an item is "Not as Described." We must shift that responsibility to them.

"AS-IS" Generation: FlashShot.io provides AI-enhanced images as a creative tool. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in product representation.
User Verification: The user is solely responsible for verifying that the final image accurately represents the physical condition, color, and authenticity of the product before listing it on any marketplace (eBay, Poshmark, etc.).
Marketplace Compliance: We are not liable for any account suspensions or listing removals by third-party marketplaces resulting from the use of AI-generated images.
No "Item Repair": While our AI is instructed to preserve condition, we are not liable if the AI inadvertently smooths over a defect. Users must disclose all flaws in their text descriptions.
